Wednesday Night Fission
On Wednesday evenings, during the school year, the Pella UMC offers a faith-based learning experience intertwined with fun for the youth. Our goal is to help every child grow up knowing and following Jesus! At Fission, we work with kids to build strong relationships with one another, their faith, and our community. Prior to the learning hour, we come together for a meal provided by a volunteer of our church. Families are encouraged to join us!

LIO (Living Inside Out)
Kids in grades K-3rd
LIO is an place where young hearts can grow in their love for God. Through age-appropriate Bible stories, activities, and prayer children discover God's love and learn how His Word applies to their everyday lives.

TNT (The Next Teens)
Kids in grades 4th-6th.
Our TNT class is designed to help preteens build a strong foundation of faith as they grow in their relationship with Jesus. Kids are encouraged to engage in conversations and activities, and learn how to live out God's love at home, school, and their community.

Confirmation
Kids in grades 7th and 8th
Confirmation is an exciting step in a young person's faith journey and an opportunity to explore what it means to follow Jesus and become a member of the United Methodist Church. Throughout this class, students are encouraged to ask questions, grow in their faith, and make a personal decision to affirm their baptismal vows and become professing members of the church.

High School
Kids in grades 9th-12th.
Our High School group is a place where kids can deepen their faith and have honest conversations about life's challenges and opportunities. Whether they are new to church or have grown up in the faith, every student is welcomed, valued, and encouraged to grow in their walk with Jesus.
